Officer-in-Charge Training/Instructor – Tyndall AFB, FL, Apr 2016 - Present
Manages initial qualification training and instructor qualification training for incoming personnel.
Created and coordinated a new operations syllabus for instructor training.
• Developed new training requirements for instructors through best practices improved
evaluation criteria in 31 specific areas.
• Constructed new instructional development program. Reduced the time taken to produce
