PROFILE
A self-driven, committed and experienced individual who is currently seeking a part-time work which will fit
around my degree. Through my long employment history I am proved to be well organized and capable of
handling situations under pressure. Excellent time management and communication skills developed over the
years through my working experience. My goal at this point is to gain a part-time job to further enhance my skills
and support my stay and living in the UK.

My main duties consisted of:
Distributing magazines and books of our own publications, managing and executing itineraries
and organizing the storage facilities.
Being in direct and constant contact with suppliers, customers and intermediaries, tasks that
significantly improved my customer service and communicational skills
Playing active role on the whole product supply chain from supplier to customer, initiatives
needed to be taken in several occasions under pressure with positive results.

Individual day-to-day tasks were given that involved dealing with banks, financial and labor

Acted as a salesman when customers came in to the company’s office to purchase printed

2. 2010-2011

Due to the fact that the firm was small the roles were blur. Even though I worked under the
Accounting Department supervision I was involved in the majority of the business’s operations.
Working closely with the Accounting Department I was involved in processes that dealt with
banks and public authorities where I represented the firm in person.
Along with other colleagues we were responsible for the collection from clients and for the
successful product delivery. Part of the procedure was to engage the customer to place a
new order where I achieved good performance.
I handled over 50 drops and money collections each day of the week within working hours
(9am-5pm) all over Athens but over-tine was necessary especially in the busy times of the
year like Christmas holidays.
2009-2010
Driver (chauffer)
Marichem Marigases Worldwide Services Ltd.
My duties involved:
Making sure I am on time to pick up my employer, welcome him and treat him in a professional
manner in accordance with the international chauffer etiquette.
Drive him to work through safe routes due to his concerns about harmful activities against him
because of his financial and society status, being always on alert whilst ensuring passenger’s
safety and comfort.
While the president and owner of Marichem Marigases Worldwide Services Ltd. was in his
office and until the time I was to prepare the car to take him back home or in any of business
appointments I was working as an administration clerk handling invoices and other office
affiliated issues.
2008-2009

Exclusive Motors Ltd (Import and Trading Company)
Acting as a personal driver for the owner and director of the firm in the afternoons or any other time
needed. Apart from that my day-to-day duties consisted of:
Maintaining and operating a private garage with thirty and more luxury cars worth nearly
1,000,000€.
Demonstrating cars to potential customer trying in a professional manner to close the deal.
Handling the arrival of the imported cars making sure everything is in order(paperwork, car’s
condition etc) while I was responsible for all procedures needed for the cars’ registration and
any other action needed for the car to be ready for our prestigious clients.

Fully Literate in using Microsoft Office.

Proved leadership skills and training abilities after serving in the army as a Candidate Officer.
