 Currently leading corporate welfare unit of ETA Engineering vertical with a team of four
welfare officers and looking after the welfare function of ETA power project division.
Implementing and complying GASCO Worker Welfare policy, procedures, standards and
specifications for the employees stationed in GASCO Power Generation Units Retirement
Project (No: 5283) in HABSHAN/BAB/ASAB/BUHASA-Western Region of Abu Dhabi Valued
USD 195.814 Million & Ruwais-Shifting of Power Supply from Substation-1 to Substation-9
Contract Value: USD. 3,600,984 Million.
 Drafted ‘Welfare Management Plan’ for GASCO and implementing the same for smooth
functioning of the project.
 Managed & Implemented worker welfare assurance/control program of Welfare Unit (both
onsite and offsite) in Cleveland Clinic project-Abu Dhabi covering 7500 ETA employees from
2011 to 2014.
 Took part as a panel member in recruiting HSE professionals for GASCO projects in national
and International level.
 Conducting induction training for newly joined employees.
 Taking part in appraisal, promotion panel and internal transfers.
 Follow up on unexplained leaves of absence, grievance, harassment, disciplinary cases and
conduct enquiry with recommendations.
 Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as
absenteeism rates to determine causes of personnel problems and develop
recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
