Challenge: Lead failing Elevation, Obstruction, and GIS production teams and the release of 3 complex value-add products
composed of 1,000 Airport Mapping Databases (AMDB), Vertical Obstacles (VO), and Digital Elevation Models (DEM) in 42
months, using outsourced and local resources.
Delivered unsurpassed production of 28 airfields in 30 days and by month 5 was on schedule to produce 31 airfields by
clearly communicating goals and expectations, allocating resources, understanding contract requirements of 32 airfields

Managed complex product schedules, including outsource coordination with India and Poland, ensuring RTCA product
