Senior Manager 2012–2013
Promoted to manage 25 highly skilled technical personnel, complex projects, and operations. Supervised and maintained
tight schedules, product releases, vendor deliverables, and production issue resolutions. Ensured personnel adhered to
quality standards and company policies. Coordinated projects, planning, and production, to exceed customer needs and
meet department goals.
Challenge: Lead failing Elevation, Obstruction, and GIS production teams and the release of 3 complex value-add products
composed of 1,000 Airport Mapping Databases (AMDB), Vertical Obstacles (VO), and Digital Elevation Models (DEM) in 42
months, using outsourced and local resources.
 Delivered unsurpassed production of 28 airfields in 30 days and by month 5 was on schedule to produce 31 airfields by
clearly communicating goals and expectations, allocating resources, understanding contract requirements of 32 airfields
per month, and adjusting production to meet schedule needs.
 Managed complex product schedules, including outsource coordination with India and Poland, ensuring RTCA product
specification compliance.
 Prepared, submitted, and accepted internal audit to acquire FAA DO200-A Letter of Acceptance for 3 product types by
identifying DigitalGlobe as a Tier 1 data provider, ensuring customer confidence, and fulfilling contract requirements.
Successfully passed 4-day FAA audit for DEM product.
 Supported Agile system development and production workflow improvement by anticipating needs, providing
requirements, performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment.
 Improved vendor performance and reduced errors more than 10% in 5 months by researching data, tracking results,

Challenge: Manage 5 GeoEye legacy departments (65 employees) and various service level agreements (including a $12
million per month agreement) with stringent performance metrics and tight delivery points. Tasked with reducing error rates,
returns, and reworks.
 Key contributor in next generation ground system (DPS) by working closely with the system engineering team,
establishing production requirements, providing user feedback, performing quality evaluations on products, participating
in daily scrums and coordinating training for the team in multiple locations.
