• The process is related to the US based mortgage company called “Ocwen Loan
Servicing, LLC”.
• Answering inbound calls from the borrowers, authorized third parties and insurance
agents about the insurance related queries.
• Obtaining the insurance policy details from the insurance agents, disbursing the
insurance premium payments to the insurance companies on the escrowed loans.
• Keeping fallow ups on loans if necessary, making outbound calls to insurance
companies, agencies and borrowers to make sure there’s no lapse in coverage and
avoiding dual insurance on the same house.
• Calling internal departments located in India, Philippines and USA to conference the calls
with the borrowers if multiple issues occur.
