2. Experience
More than 14 years of experience in various positions in Life and Medical Insurance as follow:
 Currently working with a leading Takaful Insurance company in Abu Dhabi as Asst. Manager
and in-charge for Life department.
 Worked with Al Ain Ahlia Insurance Co., in Abu Dhabi as Sr. Underwriter with Life &
Medical Insurance department for 2 years from January 2012.
Directly responsible on the following:
Operational Management – Practicing and formulating prudent underwriting guidelines and
procedure for pricing and distribution. Reporting to the Senior Manager regarding all aspects of
operational management and approval.
Client Servicing – Responsibility includes servicing existing and prospective clients,
Reinsurance management, advising sales force on all matters connected with marketing,
underwriting & claims of Medical and life Insurance products.
 Worked with Alliance Insurance Co., Dubai as Assistant Manager- Group Life & Medical
Department for 4 years from July 2007 and dealt with all technical aspects pertaining to
underwriting, claims and reinsurance.

Reinsurance: Liaising with the reinsurers - various Reinsurance Treaty arrangements were
made with most competitive terms.
