Full-time Senior Producer
• Responsible for expediting the work flow, from concept to final mechanical print files and final digital files
(iPads, emails, banner ads) of the print/digital advertising that is created for the accounts serviced by this ad
agency.
• Run daily/weekly internal status meetings, participate in weekly client status meetings, update the status of
the work on a daily basis, create timelines in MS Project, set up and maintain physical and digital job jackets
(PHQ), set up internal project input and kickoff meetings, expedite the jobs from manuscript to layout to the
creative studio/digital studio to make production ready/digital ready, eroute rounds of corrections through
editorial/ copy/ art/ studio/ Tech to meet deadlines, request and collect all the materials necessary for the
completion of regulatory reviews and final file releases/FTP uploads. Work with translation vendors, our
video production team offsite and our digital resource partner to secure resoures and collect costs on the jobs
that involve them.
• Gather financial data for client financial reports on a bi-weekly basis, update revenue forecast reports on a
monthly basis and co-create/maintain the current SOW to ensure proper allocation of resources in conjunction
with the acount team, creative team and upper management. Responsible for tracking all jobs to ensure we
are within budget and revise estimates to cover changes in deliverables/costs when necessary. Work closely
with the finance team to track, invoice and reconcile jobs.
