Executive Assistant:
 Prepare Amex receipts for submission to Accounting Dept.
 Be a go between for VP of production and employees in production to solve problems and maintain morale.
 Be familiar with Task program and list daily activities for VP to track progress
 Read and be able to summarize for VP Contracts that are to be signed for services
 Oversee all departments of production and organize to maximize efficiency

Security and Compliance:

 Be able to search footage and load to flash drive in case of security breach
 Install cameras security software on workstations and trouble those that are having problems.
 Be aware of any cameras that may need to replaced, moved or cleaned in order to gain maximum viewing.
 Work with IT to monitorcompany Network to assure security system is working efficiently for all times
 Do mini compliance audits in the warehouses in preparation for inspections and relicensing and assuring they are all

 Be aware of OSHA laws and watch for areas that need improvement. Work with HR to maintain and enforce the
company safety program. Design a safety program for all facilities.
 Maintain and keep updated all security and Safety program maps, including camera and motion detector placement.
 Work with Security Company to install and maintain cameras.
 Work with IT department to solve minor IT problems
Keys and Codes:
 Make sure there are enough copies of keys on hand and that lock boxes are organized
 Make sure that all keys are labeled according to security map.
 Maintain tracking sheet for all keys, codes and equipment that are assigned to employees. Work with IT when
equipment is issued to employees.
 Submit all key, code and equipment sheets to HR for employee files
