1. Introduction Hi everybody and I hope you’ve had a good session so far and enjoyed yourselves. When I’m recording this I don’t actually know what the weather’s like in Bradford although today it is a hot, sweltering day and I’m sat in the JB Priestley Building and looking out on the green grass and the sunshine. Now, unfortunately, I can’t be with you today and it’s with great regret, but I’ve needed to go away to Singapore to talk to our collaborative partner there about certain issues leading up to the visit next year of the Quality Assurance Agency that is looking at our collaborative provision. However, I’m sure you’ve had a very productive day and I did have a look down the attendance list and all the papers that you’ve had, and I am sure that you’ve got a lot out of it. Most importantly, I hope you’ll go away thinking of more things to do and some of the things that we will raise in this session will hopefully stimulate further discussion.
