1. New posts and strategic leadership Dean of Students to champion the student cause, champion student welfare, champion the student voice and work very closely with the Student Union. Dean of Graduate Studies to promote take-up of research degrees, our quality assurance and enhancement of research degrees and the student experience within that process. Dean of (at the moment, called) Learning and Teaching, to focus very much on quality enhancement in terms of both the targets and work that Schools will have in setting enhancement strategies and alongside that the environment and learning facilities.
