• BIB Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd – Account Executive (September 2013 until
current)
- Dealing with the insurer for new quotation of insurance product in both
General and Employee Benefits.
4. - Regular visitation to the client/insured to ensure the best service provided by
the company to them.
- Securing new business with new clients for the new business development in
the company.
- Handling the renewal of insurance for the current/existing client for both
General classes and Employee Benefits.
- To ensure the client/insured to pay the premium promptly within the Premium
Warranty in the insurance policies.
- Registering and investigating the nature of the new claim, determining
insurance policy coverage and proceed to notify the new claim to the insurer/
adjuster.
- Liaising closely with the policyholder/ claimant / insured in order to progress
the claim.
- Updating report and paper records with details of the claim, the status and
the benchmark within time line.
- Keeping the policyholder/insured/claimant and insurer/adjuster informed both
verbally and in writing of the status of the claim
- Advising claimant/ insured on general queries and insurance issues
- Manage to work with the processing team in term of documentation collection
- Carry out administration on files including general typing of emails and
keeping a well organised and up to date portfolio of the insurance policy and
claims
- Preparing routine correspondence with the client and insurer to keep a good
record on all issues and arrangement for the insurance.
• AON Insurance Brokers – Management trainee (December 2012 until June 2013 )
- Doing management trainee works mostly in clerical works.
