I have over 25 years of experience as an executive assistant and I am very confident that I am the
person you are looking for to fill the position. I am fluent in both, French and English (spoken and
written). During my employment at Bombardier Transportation, I was the deputy to the Assistant to
the President during vacation and sick leave. I can manage multiple calendars/emails
(monitor/deliver them to the right people), meetings coordination of all kinds, complex travel
booking are just some of the responsibilities Ilead masterfully. Iam highly motivatedand tactfuland

Achievements
 As part of my Six Sigma project, I set up an engineering resources database. It took over a
year to realize this successful project (it is, to this day, still being used).

 Formerly a 9-month mandate, replacing a maternity leave at ITdepartment, but was hired as
a regular, 4 months later for Customer Service Director;
