This document discusses properties of operations with integers. It describes the commutative property for addition and multiplication, where the order of operands does not change the result. The associative property is explained for addition and multiplication, where operations inside parentheses are performed first. Finally, the distributive property is covered, where multiplication distributes over addition and subtraction, such that operations inside parentheses are performed first. Examples are provided to demonstrate each property.
