Role:
• Managing post contract administration, contractual meetings with the Consultant, Clients & Sub-contractors
• Ensuring correct documentation and measurement records compliance with FIDIC form of Contracts & SMM7 and work
contract agreements
• Sharing information related to Cash flow projections with respect to planned & actual executed works
• Responsible for:
o Issuing contractual notices & correspondences to secure company’s status for possible claims by maintaining and updating
contractual correspondence in line with contract conditions
o Validating work progress & creating interim payment applications & following-up with the consultant for certification
• Supervising:
o Timely submission of extension of time claims
o Quality control, cost control & co-ordination with other departments
• Developing all main contract variations pertaining to direct and sub-contract works entailing taking off quantities of all changes
by comparison of construction issue drawings with that of tender drawings, inclusive of all back-up documentation and rate
analysis of all new work items
• Creating final account of the projects including all additional works & deletions and settling the same with Consultant/Client

• Looking after timely procurement of sub-contractors for specialized jobs by negotiating with lowest prices & inline with
