Emma Thomas, Co-President of Stratagem, has a Quantitative Marketing Master’s Degree. She worked for A+A,
as Research Manager, she's been primarily involved in quantitative studies, especially opinion & perception
barometer and market sizing study, specialized in Healthcare, Fast Consuming Goods and Automobile markets
worldwide. Previously she worked with LIZEO, where she held the position of Consumer Intelligence
Manager and developed the research department in partnership with MICHELIN.

Marie Dumond, Co-President of Stratagem, has significant experience in Marketing Management in the Service
industry (banking & investment sector, pharmaceutical sector, advertising agencies). Among her significant
previous positions, Marie Dumond managed marketing research fieldwork including market analysis studies,
product feasibility profiles, and patient satisfaction measurement. Marie Dumond holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in International Business and Marketing from Northeastern University (USA) and Reims Management
School (France).
