Responsibilities:
• To manage and facilitate the overall contract through the dedicated
Account Team to ensure that expectations are met and a consistent
service is delivered.
• To liaise with client personnel on a daily basis or as required.
• To provide statistical reports as required.
• To attend service review meetings as required.
• To develop a professional, honest and successful working relationship with
our client.

problems.
• To ensure the smooth running of the contract on a daily basis.
