auditing of the individual kitchen accounts and the monthly consolidation of all pertinent documents in
preparation for audit ensuring that they are they are within strict MOD guidelines.
 Production Manager of a 12 strong team of military chefs working in partnership with a civilian
contractor in a high volume food production factory.
