parties (maximum-300) and average 300 guests served every day.
Responsibilities:
Leading a team of 110 within a 5 Star restaurants and bar from a multitude of different
nationalities. In direct charge of a budget exceeding $1 million yearly. Manage the P&L of the
restaurant and bar and head the food and beverage service. There are 6 F&B outlets within this
gorgeous restaurant. Applies creative solutions and purposes ideas to grow develop and improve
the business. Consistently monitors of food and beverages being served and service quality,
escalating any major problems/complaints to Senior Management. Provides specialist advice to
customers and colleagues on food and beverages. Actively seeks and reviews customer feedback in

million yearly. Manage the P&L of the department and head the restaurants and cafeteria within the
hospital. Assisting F&B Manager for overall operation which includes 3 outlets delivering over 2000
Guests per day and serving 1700 colleagues & 300 patients every day.

Responsibilities:
To train up the team members (food and beverage service).Maintain complete knowledge of
table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation and proper table set up.
To take the on the job examination of the team members and also theoretical examination in every
3 months. To conduct back to the basic training for all the team members. To supervises the
opening shift and closing shift. To provide practical Micros and Epos training and update
information. To provide excellent customer service like a customer maniac. Supervise daily check
list and inventory. To check back the customer satisfaction about food and service. To help the
restaurant general manager for weekly roaster of front of the house (service).To conduct cross
training for the service team members. Work as a team in order to ensure complete guest
