Projects Nov 2015 – May 2016
DNA barcoding and fingerprinting of some medicinal plants inhabiting Lake "Nasser" was the title for
my graduation project. Tasks included the search for review articles, DNA extraction, PCR for
chloroplast locus (rbcL), purification and sequencing. Bioinformatic analysis and thesis writing were
the final tasks prior to its defense. During the practical part of the graduation project, I had the
opportunity to conduct a small research project related to the field of molecular genetics in some
medicinal plants of Egypt.
