Alfred Bagnall & Sons secured a contract to complete external redecorations of Pullman Court, a Grade II listed residential development in London consisting of 218 dwellings across 3 blocks. Due to the varying building heights, scaffolding, mobile towers, suspended cradles and cherry pickers were used to safely reach all elevations. Careful planning was done to minimize disruption to residents while maximizing productivity. The site foreman communicated regularly with residents regarding work details and addressed any concerns through an on-site coffee morning. Prior Estates' Director praised Bagnall's site team for their coordination and consideration for residents.
