Campbell’s Stores is a heritage listed site
at The Rocks, Sydney. The client intends
to remediate, restore and transform the
development into a world class dining
precinct with boutique waterfront
restaurants, alfresco dining, cafes
and bars.
Campbell’s Stores are to be operational
in mid-2018 in time for the busy summer
period. In order to reach this milestone,
Altus Page Kirkland is providing full Project
Management and Cost Management /
Quantity Surveying services for this project.

Hilton Worldwide to provide Project
and Cost Management services for the
refurbishment of the banqueting and
conference floor at the Hilton Brisbane.
Within a 12 week construction period,
the space was transformed into a sleek,
modern conference facility that echoes
the design themes of the Hotel’s original
architect, Harry Seidler, and ensures
the Hilton remains Brisbane’s premier
conference venue.

comprises a 59 storey luxury
apartment tower and a 28 storey
premium 5 star hotel tower.

4. KEY NATIONAL PROJECTS
In 2012, Uniting engaged Altus Page Kirkland to provide full
Project and Cost Management consultancy services for the
retrofitting of sprinkler systems at 51 of its residential aged care
facilities. The planning, investigation and upgrade works were
to be completed within a 3-year programme as mandated in the
NSW Government legislation.
The Uniting Fire Safety Upgrade was successfully completed
two weeks ahead of the mandated completion date of 1 March
2016 and under the approved budget by 12.8%.
In September 2016, the project was the winner of the
Community Service and / or Development category of the 2016
AIPM (NSW) Project Management Achievement Awards.
The Coles Byford Village Shopping Centre is located
40km south west of Perth. Completed in November
2016, the project comprises a new Coles Supermarket,
Liquorland store, 12 adjacent specialty shops and
car parking, along with a‘town square’feature and
associated landscaping works. Altus Page Kirkland’s
role comprised a full Cost Management service from
feasibility through to delivery.

5. The Kensington Street food precinct in Chippendale involves
the adaptive reuse of heritage terrace houses into both food
and retail tenancies. New works were also undertaken for
additional food tenancies. The bustling international culinary
destination boasts a variety of eateries including Bar Chinois,
Kopi-Tiam, Mekong, Spice Alley, Koi and Bistrot Gavroche.
Altus Page Kirkland provided Cost and Project Management
services for the construction and adaptive reuse of the new
food precinct.
