Introduction
Eden was established in 2012 with a strong desire to
provide turnkey solutions to the construction industry
from design through to completion.
The company was established by combining a multi-
discipline design practice with a contracting company
which enables us to effectively deliver our goal.
We have the ability to deliver design & build solutions in
house for all types of projects as well as providing
traditional contracting services. This includes highly
technical healthcare, scientific and pharmaceutical
projects as well as high end fit out, residential, retail and
education projects. Our Service & Maintenance division
can provide for all the aftercare needs our clients expect.
Based in Milton Keynes we can deliver projects ranging
from £100K to £6M in value. We are happy to consider
any forms of contract.

Eden Projects Group Ltd is our official company name,
however the company has three distinct divisions, these
are:
The Build division provides main contracting services.
The MEC division provides the Mechanical & Electrical Contracting services for our projects,
we effectively have “In House” M&E.
The Service division provides the aftercare on our projects as well as providing PPM and
Reactive Maintenance on a contract basis to clients.

Project Description
Over the past few years Eden have worked on
various projects at 99 Bishopsgate directly for
Brookfield or for various tenants.
All projects involved careful collaboration with the
landlord’s management team, the building is a
prestigious, busy, occupied building in Central
London.
Value
The projects ranged in value from £150K to £2.5M.
Timescales
All projects were typically undertaken on fast track
programmes, working within live occupied building
with intrusive works being undertaken out of hours.
All projects were completed in 2015/2016.

flagship retail outlet at Covent Garden. A key aspect
of the project was to keep the store in operation
during the works, which was accomplished through
8 detailed phases.

nurseries nationwide.
