Editor's Notes
- Initial project created – this allows different keystages to be handled differently. Here you set up the default number of slots per evening, having an evening off or any holiday periods. Subjects / exams are added with details such as exam board, grades and dates. Tiers allows different content to be used depending on the grade – A students can be set different work then B/C students. This does mean that there will be more task lists to complete. Task lists are then produced – this gives each subject / tier a list. Number of slots calculated from the start date to date of the exam and the defined number of slots per week for that subject
- The student datafile is uploaded (student name , form, grades). This file needs to be manually paired with the relevant subject The completed task lists are uploaded – batch functionality was added at our request so this is done in one go When this is all complete then the plans are generated this matches subjects , grades and the required tasks to produce an individual guide. This can be set up to be grouped by forms for easy distribution. These are docx files and can be printed (full colour, front cover can be uploaded for school branding)
