1987- 1999- Senior Production Control Coordinator - Harris Technical Services, Norfolk, VA
As Sr. Coordinator, primarily responsible for the on-time delivery of items for all Government and
Commercial contracts. Led group that created most Material and Labor Estimates for NAVSEA, NAVICP,
Lockheed Martin, Canadian CF-18, Australian and various commercially related proposals. Led and
coordinated all departments to ensure all items were delivered to customers on schedule.
1999- 2014 -Sr. Material Analyst, Logistics Supervisor- Global Technical Systems, Virginia Beach,
VA
In addition to above workload, I led Logistics Department, a five person team, in all aspects of Material
Management for Government and Commercial contracts. The department’s daily workload include the
functions of Production and Inventory Control, Material Quoting and Procurement, Warehouse Management,
Shipping and Receiving and Transportation. Worked closely with NAVICP Philadelphia to stock and manage
over 1200 warehoused repairable items. Also worked directly with NAVICP Program Management to ship over
1000 Repairable items annually. Worked closely with NAVSEA on material management and transportation of
completed Production assemblies. Managed all Government Property Material to include procurement,
inventory management, scheduling and PCARRS disposal. Created and led a Purchasing Department under
auspices of Logistics Department. Successfully led and passed annual Government Audits.
2014- 2016 – Co-owner –Bella Boo Furniture, Yorktown Va
Along with my wife, started an online business Bella Boo Furniture, an at home business specializing in
buying and selling repurposed furniture. In addition, we also buy and sell a variety of other home décor items. I
have also have been doing extensive volunteer work with a local homeless shelter, the Peninsula Rescue
Mission of Newport News.
