Project Engineer – Technical Consultant I; 05/12 – 12/12

Project Engineer: Gathering System Condensate Pump Stations, Marcellus Shale; WV
Fast track project with wellhead condensate transportation and NGL booster pump
stations design. Integral team member in the preparation of documents for the projects’
Front End Engineering & Design (FEED) efforts, which assisted in the procuring the
detailed design and engineering phase project award. Overall project responsibilities
include coordinating third party vendors, working through approval and procurement
processes with a pipeline transmission company, working with project team to assist in
developing applicable civil and structural systems for the overall booster station design,
assisting PM with coordinating efforts for the construction design packages, assisting
with various project documentation to include FEED reports, scope & design
documents, project status updates, and material/equipment lists and facilitating project
communications. Coordination and communication efforts were unique for this project
as it utilized company offices across three states and two countries to meet client
needs.
Project Engineer: Greenfield Reciprocating Compressor Station, Marcellus Shale; WV
Fast track development of a ~15,000hp electric drive reciprocating compressor station
with approximately 150MMSCD throughput. Project efforts included reviewing client
provided documentation and communications to discern project requirements for
design, coordinating development efforts to keep project on schedule, facilitating client
and vendor communication which allowed for a more complete project understanding
as well as aiding in an expedited schedule, assisting PM with various project
documents and tasks to finalize proposal package, and served as a technical advisor
and project liaison during management transition. Project tasks are unique for this
project as it utilizes E & D offices across three states to complete.

MAOP Validation Analyst: Project Team Member for the PG&E San Bruno Pipeline MAOP
Validation Study, San Bruno, California
Efforts included sorting and analyzing of project records for MAOP validation use,
documenting and structuring of historical records, composing pipeline feature’s lists
(PFL’s) with supporting documentation to complete pipeline MAOP verification
packages, review of PFL build packages for completeness and recognizable accuracy.
Performing final stage QA/QC checks at Pacific Gas & Electrics’ MAOP Validation
office in Walnut Creek, CA. Training at the Walnut Creek office provided the ability to
oversee MAOP analyst teams to complete project needs in a more timely and accurate
fashion by implementing historical and current industry code understanding and vendor
material design and use. Project was unique in the implementation of various project
documentation software used in order to comply with newly enacted records
management procedures for the oil & gas industry.
