• Supporting and coordinating the Transition management of EXL to KPMG entities and setting up the
process and operations for its future workflow
• Overseeing the functions involving designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to
facilitate internal control towards the accomplishment of organizational goals

have been instructed to submit the bills for all site in Kerala to Admin office there by reducing vendor
payment outstanding and improving vendor service by enhancing our control on vendors.
• Played a lead role in empanelling many vendors in to the vendor base which helped to service the
branches / Hub’s and ATM’s efficiently.
• Reviewed, proposed and implemented updates/ amendments to the processes thereby avoiding
bottlenecks.
