Vendor Management: Identify and develop a dedicated and alternative vendor source for achieving
cost effective purchases of materials and reduce the delivery time. Follow-up with vendors for timely
deliveries and ensuring timely payments.

2.  Renewal of Agreement of the Service Providers is done on time with the recommendations of User
/ Technical Department for those Vendors who performed their services as per the requirement &
company expectations.
 Half yearly Vendor Assessment process done & Rating being given to them based on their service
performance
 Timely ensure that the New Agreements are released from Corporate as per corporate guidelines.
Commercial Operations: Overseeing the capitalization trackers of supply bills / sharing sites &
sending to corporate for payments & record purpose. Realizing purchase orders for material as per
the corporate/circle planning.
 Maintaining the Purchase Order V/s Material Delivery Tracker.
