 Identifying, resolving/isolating areas of obstructions to catalyze project delivery within defined time & cost
parameters.
 Responsible for activities that integrate the various elements of project management, which are identified,
defined, combined, unified and coordinated within the project management process groups, consisting of
Development project Charter, Develop Preliminary Project scope Statement, Develop Project Management Plan,
Direct and manage Project Execution, Monitor and Control Project Work, Integrated Change Control and close
project management processes.
 Maintaining in depth interaction with the client across various functional areas to comprehend and resolve
apprehensions/issues relating to project delivery
 Conducting risk analysis and implemented preventive initiatives to mitigate them and leading, guiding and
mentoring a strong team of support analysts and instilled high work tempo to generate peak performance levels.
 Defining key result areas for team members and provided them periodic feedback on their performance levels,
Conducting performance appraisals and identified high potential contributors to groom them with enabling skills to
take up higher assignments in future.
 Generating well-structured MIS/status reports for submission to management and the client and assessing training
needs of the team members and arranged training sessions to groom them with project specific skills and
formulating project budget estimates and implemented internal controls to contain expenditure within defined
limits.
 Ensuring strict observance of set quality standards and monitory delivery as per project plan and the contractual
agreement.
 Organizing various training sessions for the team to enhance their performance and actively involved in planning
and upgrading required infrastructure and competently handling change management, issue management and
other process controls for relevant applications.

Revenue Assurance Group:
• Follow up of accepted orders with Orange Business services (service provider) till delivery by e-mails and calls
• Billing reports ( Forecast of the Revenue to be generated within the month work done)
• Pre & Post Billing Reports
• Purchase Orders Validation
• Reconcile Revenue Assurance Group’s Month Data with Vendor’s Records at the end of every Month
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Customer to Close the PO under the Given TAT
▪ Customer Premises Equipment’s Delivery Assurance until shipment delivered to Customer site (Liaising with
Order Provisioning and Order Management Teams)
▪ Generate Invoice for the delivered Equipment to
• Preparing RCA’s of the Billing Rejects
• Meeting the targets of KPI’s and SLA
• New Hires process training and monitoring there OJT work
