Ziggo has embraced a new Zumba architecture to empower its existing IT systems and enable
itself to deliver next generation products and solutions for its Digital television, Broadband and
Telephony customers.
3. Ziggo selected ConceptWave products as a strategic solution platform in the areas of Order
Management & Product Catalogue. ConceptWave is now the central orchestrator for all Order
Provisioning, Product offerings and Service Management process in Ziggo under the Zumba
architecture. TechMahindra was selected as the System Integrator for the overall Zumba
