Since 2010 till now:
Joined NSN Taiwan as local employee.
Involved in 3G core swap VIBO project as CS CORE Team leader since 2010 and completed
within six months all E/// core swapped with NSN MSS and HLR. Supported care activities,
Involved in M16 UPGRADE and U5 upgrade.
In 2013 also involved in LTE, CSFB implementation, MME, HLR, MSS integration and testing in
VIBO /TST .Handling all CSFB related issues in core network.
Hands on technical experience of SIP, TAS ,3G Rel4 Core, RAN, GSM, IP Networking,
OPEN MSS ,OPEN MGW, DX 200 and IPA2800 core switching platforms. Recent customer
support experience with VoLTE (CSFB & Single Radio Voice Call Continuity - SRVCC)
and IMS.

2. Since 2007 in Indonesia till 2010
Working as CS CORE EXPERT in Indonesia for Telkomsel care and also supporting ECC
For all the projects on 24/7 basis. The task include troubleshooting of various problem
arising In R4 CORE and also supporting the new feature testing or implementation of new
services by customer. Performed M14 and U4 upgrades including EMB and SSU upgrade as
well.
The task also include to develop local skill in R4 , for this I have given various sharing session
On the daily maintenance and troubleshooting in R4 network. The NSN elements which I have
been working are MSS , MGW ,SRRI, HLRi , NEMU,GCS, TMGW .
I am also involved in MVI/IOT testing as here in Indonesia we have E/// core and Huawei
RNC’s
Total Experience in 3G is more then 6 years.
Previous experience 2000 to 2007:
1. NSS SPECIALIST in NOKIA TAIWAN
Supported Lucent 2G core swap in KGT since 2000 till 2002, worked on NOKIA DX 200 MSC
and HLR it’s implementation and testing .In 2003 moved to CHT 3G trial project and later live
3G implementation in Taichung working on 3G MSS, MGW, HLR integration , testing with
NOKIA RNC. In 2005 moved to TWM project to implement 3G network on NOKIA MSS, HLR
and MGW , RNC successfully launched 3G network also tested MVI with SIEMENS 2G network
in TWM. Moved to care support with MSS-MGW-HLR upgrade worked in care till 2007 August.
Before 2000:

Commissioning ,Integration ,Operation &maintenance of Nokia
Switch for mobile communications the MSC and the HLR for GSM(DX200) with the help of
software tools designed by Nokia.
Which includes system testing, loading exchange S/W, creating database for signaling
Connections with the fixed networks and the air interface part, resolve & repair customer
reported troubles, performs switch diagnostics to identify & repair switch hardware & software
troubles, input switch trunk routing/charging/screening translations, input SS7 translations and
troubleshoot SS7 protocol troubles. SS7 testing & protocol analyzation. Using X25 connections
with the billing center, the VMS, the SMS and the IN network also providing LAN connections to
the exchange. Monitor the performance of the exchange and providing emergency support.
Configuring routers for use with frame relay services. Input translations for trunks, routing,
screening, SS7 charging and associated equipment.
Do the upgrades and expansions i.e. loading the new S/W, expansions of the H/W
configuration,installing the change delivery on live network. Test and troubleshoot products,
provide support to field techs in testing and turning up new products and services
Looking after the overall performance of the network on the NOKIA system the NMS which is a
SUN Microsystems.
Projects worked :

3. 1. China 2 years since 1998-1999 in Beijing and other places ,commissioned 8 MSC's and
3 HLR's.
2. Taiwan 2 years mainly in Taipei as O&M specialist. First commissioning of MSCI and
HLRI and then as operation and support eng.
3. Moved to India in 2002 for a short period of 6 months and work on the Idea project
4. Moved back to Taiwan again in 2002 September and since then work on 3G projects for
CHT and TWM . After working on project I was moved to the Care team and later worked
