Picture 2:The A,B parts were treated by 20% HNO3.After shortly slight reaction, part A turned
into a stable state, while part B bubbled with intense reaction and finally be corroded.

8. Transparent wall series
Characteristics：
1.Transparent film.
2.One component coating, no need of ripening or stirring.
3.This coating product can permeate into the concrete base to
fill in the blanks. It can combined with cement to
crystalline which have good tolerance ability against
corrosion, freezing and avoid re-alkali so as to
protect the concrete structure.
4.It is a series of waterproof products with air permeability
so that it can be apply to moisture circumstances to
prevent base from mildew.
5.High ageing-resistant performance.
6.Totally inorganic, non-toxic, A1 level fireproofing.

9. Construction for transparent wall series
Construction：
1.The base surface should be cleaned up and dry thoroughly before application.
2.Big holes or cracks should be filled up before coating construction.
3.Spray, brush or roll the coating on the treated surface.
4.Surface drying only needs a few hours with some of the waterproof effect, but the perfect waterproof
effect would act 3 days after construction, and a dry environment is necessary during this time.
5.Spray water on the surface after a stage of curing to check out the waterproof effect of the coating. For
the less effective parts, an addition coat can be helpful.
6.All the construction concrete should be extremely curing in order to get a good waterproof effect.
7.Standard usage：it is 2.5-3.5 m2/kg depends on the surface situation.
Notes：
1.No need of ripening or attenuation.
2.Moisture content of the application surface should below 8%.
3.High strength brushing is suggested for the addition coat construction for a good penetration.
4.Protective clothing is necessary because of its alkaline character.
5.Construction protection is needed to prevent spraying splash.
6.Construcion tools can be washed off by water. The residual coating product should be sealed storage
with the durability of 1 year.
7.Normal cement surfaces are all applicable expect the new annexing agent additive types which need
application tests before using.
8.This product can not improve the surface hardness or abradability. Relevant demands should adopt
other series of our company.

Characteristics：
1.Water-soluble matt paint with heat-resistant ability
below 800 ℃.
2.It can penetrate into base material for a high
adhesive performance.
3.It is a kind of diversity colored paints with
waterproof, air permeable, anticorrosion and
self-clean characteristics.
4.High ageing-resistant performance.

15. Construction of colored wall series
Construction：
1.The base surface should be cleaned up and dry thoroughly before application.
2.Stirring the paint well to a evenly mixture.
3.Spraying is the best method for this coating and rolling is also allowed,
4.It needs 1-2 hours for a surface dry, completely solidification needs above 8 hours when re-coat can
be carried on. It takes2-4 days for totally crystallization, long-time water submersion may lead to a
bad surface hardness or adhesive performance during this time, once it happened, brushing repair
after water wash or hot-blast would be useful.
5.It is not allowed to re-coat the paint after completely crystallization. But if the surface was treated by
heat flame above 200 ℃，re-coating can be carried on.
6.For the high water absorption base material, re-coating can be carried on after 10-30mins after first
coating.
7.Standard usage：first coating: 30㎛, 0.4kg/㎡, second coating: 20㎛, 0.3kg/㎡ . For different base
material the usage can be adjusted accordingly.
8.Normal products are all semigloss. High glossy demands refers to special finishing paints.
Notes：
1.It is a kind of water-based paint which needs application temperature above 5 ℃，and a dry
environment is necessary before curing.
2.Cement base should be completely curing with moisture content under 5%.
3.Suggest thickness of construction is between 30-80 μm, too thick coating would lead to surface crack.

16. Floor cement harden series
Characteristics：
1. Inorganic water base products.
2. Environmentally friendly, food grade nontoxic, the only zero
VOC release coating product in market.
3. A1 level fireproofing.
4. High hardness (above 750 while the normal cement is about 250)
5. It can combine with cement to form a special molecular structure
which has good waterproofing, anticorrosion, wear-resisting
and anti-skidding properties.
6. Easy to be maintenance, semipermanent service time.
Application
1.Factory, mill floor.
2.Logistics warehouse floor.
3.Underground parking.
4.Parking apron, square, dock.
5.Other concrete floor need impact resistance or wear
resistance property.

Characteristics：
1. This series include primer, medium and finish coatings. They are all two-component
inorganic products.
2. No need of ripening but good mixing.
3. Chemical resistant, non-discolor, self –clean.

5. Skid resistant, wear-resisting (abrasion loss is only 0.19 while for epoxy it is 0.3)
6. Noiseless under vehicle wheel spreading, and it is anti-static.
7. Nontoxic, A1 level fireproofing.
