Head Element : Defines information about the document.
The HTML elements that can be used inside the <head> element are:
<title>
<base>
<link>
<style>
<meta>
<script>
Head Element

Title tag
Title tag : Defines the title of a document.
It is required in all HTML documents.
Only one title element is permitted in a document.
It must be placed within the <head> element.
It contains plain text, It may not contain other markup tags.
