Google, the best of the best Fortune 100 companies grew from 3 to 10000
employee company within 1 decade. They hires most bright-minds of the
world and provides extra-ordinary benefits. But recently Google facing
following issues:
• Work-life balance of employee
• Early retirement of employee
• Lack of potential people leading mid level management due to early
retirement
• Global Expansion
•Huge number employee recruitment
Probable solution has been discussed later
3. PERSONAL TRAITS AS THE BASIS FOR INITIAL
SCREENING OF CANDIDATES
We disagree with this idea. It may valid in some case
but it has less reliability for technical employee
recruitment. Better idea may be to arrange an online
test based on practical technical problem within
some specified time
4. DEFENDING THE BENEFITS PROVIDED BY GOOGLE
•Google targets to recruit super-bright and
hardworking people from best schools . Special
benefits for the employees can differentiate Google
from its competitors
•Most of the Google employees are super-bright and
they can generate any innovative idea that can
challenge Google as a start-up . So, to keep these
ideas inside Google , they should be given proper
benefits
•Google is a tech-giant and it earns more revenue
comparative to other industries

Google can follow two way recruiting system:
•To hire top graduates not only from MIT or
Harvard but also from top schools all around the
world
•They can invite the winners of International
Competitions(like ACM Programming contest , Web
designing contest , SEO contest etc) that will help to
recruit potential candidate worldwide

•Invite people for part time job who wants to leave Google
after certain ages so that they can be in touch of Google as
