Both parties will agree that any intellectual
property that is jointly established through
activities that are covered under this MoA,
can be used by either party for (purpose)

The MoA and any related agreement, budget and
workplan can be terminate by any party at any time
and for any reason by giving prior written notice to
the other party.
However if (partner) fails to perform any obligations
mentioned in MoA, (partner) have the right to
terminate the Moa and related agreement , budget
and workplan immediately after written notice.

financial or funding obligation on any party01.
