11. Profile Management.
TRACE.point offers a number of different profiles
or ‘Roles’. The standard profile is an ‘Employee’,
which can be created by simply registering within
the platform.
Registration is simple, just a valid email address
and password are required. Once verified, the new
user can start accessing the educational content.
Additionally, there are a range of corporate
settings that determine user access levels and
permissions for specific roles, such as Content
Managers, Executive Managers, Procurement
Managers and Contractor Managers. These
profiles are be managed by the company
administrator.
12. Delivering eLearning.
TRACE.point
E-Learning courses are available, the user can
quickly enroll themselves in the selected course.
E-Learning courses are comprised of multiple
chapters and assessments.
The e-learning modules cover core topics within
trade and construction industry. Each of the
modules follows the same format: definition of the
topic, background information, assessments and
suggested activities to be carried out in the
workplace.
On successful completion of a module, the user
receives a certificate of completion.
13. Learning Pathway.
TRACE.point enables each user to keep track of
their activity and performance, review their past
experiences and successes plus look at their
future module options.
The learning pathway includes multiple levels, in
which a user can progress through.
A timeline within the user’s dashboard shows a
visual representation of when a module has been
successfully completed and which recommended
module is next.
Notifications can remind the user to complete a
module that has previously been started, or to
alert the user of their next recommended module.
14. Employee Dashboard.
TRACE.point enables each user to keep track of
their activity and performance, review their past
experiences and successes plus look at their
future eLearning course options.
The dashboard displays the user’s current level.
The user is able to gain higher levels based on the
number of education modules they have
successfully completed.
Each level consists of a number of modules
required to be completed, before being able to
progress to the next.
15. Contractor Dashboard.
TRACE.point includes a ‘Contractor Dashboard’,
which enables contractors to login and review
their current ‘Contractor Level’ and the level of
each of their employees.
A Contractor Level can be predefined by the
Company Administrator. These levels are achieved
by the Contractor’s employees completing the
required courses.
A Contractor is also able to view the individual
employee’s learning pathway, displaying the
modules completed.
16. Administrator Point.
TRACE.point is the Content Management System
for the software. Roles can be defined to limit
what controls a user has. The CMS allows a user
to create and manage modules, users and
notifications, along with viewing reports (such as
Contractor Levels).
Contractor Levels enables a user to review all the
Contractors within the software, and what level
they are at. A user can select a level, to view all
Contractors at that level. They are also able to
search for an individual Contractor.
Users are able to export the reports as .CSV files.
17. Analytics & Insights.
Align Audit & Compliance objectives and
benchmark against key performance indicators.
Provide visibility across education and therefore
gain the necessary data for managers or
procurement personnel to make informed
decisions against the auditors report,
recommendations and guidelines.
