Microsoft Corporation is an American multinational technology company headquartered in Redmond. SAP HR
L2 team is a vital part in HCM processes that includes E-recruitment activities, Requisition workflow,

Personal Management with the help of backend Master SAP and Recruitment systems. The Implementation in
production is maintained through Development, Testing systems by double landscape transport system.
Roles and Responsibilities :
 Configured Enterprise structure, Personnel structure.
 Worked on ALE distribution and custom ALE implementation scenario for transporting the data from
SAP HR System to E-Recruiting System (where SAP HR and E-Recruiting systems in two instances)
 Created OM objects (Organizational units, Jobs, Positions, Work centers).
 Created & maintained domain values for Job location, Employment type, Employment fractions,
Hierarchy levels, Industries and Functional areas, attachment types, reason for status change,
education & broad fields. Activity types and application sources.
 Configured Actions - Hiring, Organizational reassignment, Termination and Maintained Employee
Master Data using transaction PA30.
 Maintained requisition data from creation to disassociation and Backend data flow from vacancy
creation to hiring/disposition
 Troubleshoot the issue specific to the application as well as the data flow issue between the
upstream and downstream system.
 Preparation of the Business Blue Print document and Sign-Off from the process owner and
Configuration of the solutions provided in BBP.
 Preparation of Functional Specifications for all the processes for prototyping.

Service support L1.5 team supports SAP related client processes with 24/7 support. We perform Daily
Monitoring/Reporting/Adhoc activities works that are critical in business movement in addition to Incident
Management.
Roles and Responsibilities :
 Maintained OM Info types in HR Production system.
 Requirement Analysis for new Developments i.e. Change requests and Transport requests.
 Carried out User maintenance and Role administration for securing SAP HR system.
 SAP FI functionalities with Finance reporting, Job monitoring/Releasing in various systems and
dependent portals.
 Actively and regularly involved in Load Monitoring of Daily, weekly, and Monthly, Data Loads using
Process Chains.
