Main activities and Responsibilities:
 Establishing a good work relationships with clients by provide first point of IT Support.
 Overseeing security for all systems & Fixing internet /network faults
 Setting up new users' profiles and dealing with authorization through AD Server.
 Guiding/Supervising junior engineers and technical staff.
 Development strategy planning & IT solutions for business challenges.
 Responsible for organizing, installing complex, high value, planning, testing and
commissioning network servers, including both software and hardware level such as
switches & routers as per corporate policies.
 Accountable for all system data and configuration being backed up and secured.
 SCCM Server & ERP Server/client configuration & maintenance to minimize IT challenges.
 Telephonic or face to face support to resolve the issues escalated from direct calls/emails by
clients.
 Troubleshooting & resolving all type of OS level/ Hardware level issue.
 Wired/Wireless LAN and Wi-Fi internet zone setup.
 E-mail ID creation/deletion, Outlook configuration & error rectification for Aditya Birla
employees.
