Description:
 HGST, Inc. (formerly Hitachi Global Storage Technologies) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Western Digital that
sells hard disk drives, solid-state drives, and external storage products and services.
 The project is purely a production support project where all the issues are being handled by
a ticket but enhancements and bug fixes are being handled by a CR(change request).

3.  Mainly ticket resolution depends on the criticality of the ticket where as CR will be following a set of steps which
include different approvals starting from raising the CR till move to production system.
Responsibilities:
Role : Team member.
 Worked on all DDIC objects.
 Developed an ALV report to display tax amounts for the billing documents.
 Worked in an enhancement programme to submit it in background.
 Worked on parking invoice by using BAPI.
 Worked on BADI enhancements in ME23n tcode of MM module.
 Also involved in many classical and interactive reports enhancements,bug fixes, debugging, SAP scripts, smart
forms, user exits, utility programmes.
 Worked on production support issues related to IDOC.
 As an ABAPer I have involved in the different scenarios related to SD,MM.
ACHIEVEMENTS
 Received Appreciation from Client for Fixing one critical requirement related to a CR in BAPI.
 Understood the flow of project in very short duration.
 Started the Career as a Trainee in Testing Domain but after an interview, directly mapped into SAP competency
within the Company within 3 months of joining as a fresher.
