American market was in 1960 and was marketed
by the Squibb company under the name
Broxodent.

Moulding
1. Plastic put inside injection molding machine and be heated.
2. Rotating screw force liquid plastic into handle mods
3. Form entire handles with holes.
4. Clamp securely mods with pressure while wits plastic cold and then removed.
5. Small pins push the handle out of the mods.
Filling machine 1. Bristles (made from nylon) position into core(holes) automatically.
2. Bristles stapled in into the holes by tiny metal staples.

specific design.

• Plaque is sticky film that build up on teeth from million of oral bacteria
• They convert sugars and carbohydrate in food into acid. These acids erode the tooth enamel,lead to tooth
