• Handling a team of 57 associates for Client Tax Reporting
• Mentoring and training the new hires
• Ensuring procedures on the desk are documented and updated periodically
• Handling account opening, closing, mapping and setting up auto matching
• Timely Escalation of unconfirmed Trades to Management, Trading Desk via MBP Escalation
email and discussing the same during the End Of Day Call with Onshore Management

• Confirming the Trade Terms with Inter-Bank and Corporate Clients.
• Working on FXCash, Hedges, Non-Deliverable, Unwinds, Exotic & Precious Metal Options.
• Liaising with Prime Brokerage Service Team & Middle Office in the event of any discrepancy in
Trade Terms and Open trades.
• Effective involvement in getting the Novated Trades cancel/rebooked and confirming with the
Counterpart.
