Shoaibee Overseas Consultants started its journey in the year of 2010, It all started with an
informal, but passionate discussion between some recruitment professionals and some
friends who had worked with recruitment firms in the past after realizing that the industry
needs a change with creative ideas and since 2010 we are setting benchmark for others the
process we use to establish a connection between employer & jobseekers we are on a
journey to create a platform where best employers can meet best job seekers.

9. HOW SOC DO:
RECRUITMENT PROCESS ARE DEVIDED IN 2 PARTS:
01- Clients Section 02- SOC Section
01 CLIENTS SECTION:
First and foremost, the Employer (Client) and M/S Shoaibee Overseas
Consultants as an Agency Agreement stating effectively the terms and conditions
regarding demand and supply of manpower from India.
This agreement is signed by both the parties towards acceptance of stated terms and
conditions upon which the manpower trade will be executed.
Following documentation is needed as per the rules and regulations approved by the
Government of India.
[A] DEMAND LETTER:
We do hereby appoint M/S Shoaibee Overseas Consultants– India, stating the job
categories, number of employee / workers required in each category, monthly salary,
duty hours, duration of contract and other amenities for workers such as food,
medical, transport, air passage, accommodation etc. (Details mentioned below), to
recruit the above category / categories of personnel as per the above Terms &
Conditions of Recruitment.

[B] LETTER OFAUTHORITY:
The Employer will issue a “Letter of Authority’ also known as the “Power of
Attorney” in favour of M/S Shoaibee Overseas Consultants informing the Consul
General of the concerned Embassy in India, informing that M/s. MK Travels is their
bonafied Manpower Recruiting Agent fully authorized to deal with all visa matters,
submissions and delivery, with the said Embassy. (applicable to Gulf and Middle East
Countries).

10. [C] AGREEMENT LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT
This is a standard employment contract between employer and employee.
Note: For a few listed Countries, the Demand Letter and Letter of Authority need
to be attested by Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Indian Affairs of that
Country. Also for
“Labour” and “Unskilled” categories attestations as mentioned above are
necessary.

SOC RECRUIT THE CANDIDATES IN 6 STEPS:

I Demand Received
Once a demand is received, a team is assigned from the same vertical to look after
the demand. We allocate an engineer so that we can technically better understand
the requirements of the project site. This empowers us to select better quality
candidates. Necessary documents such as POA and Demand order will be
requested at this stage. Our team will then present a project plan to the client to
ensure timely recruitment.
II Short-listing
Through our database, network, associates and social networks, we accumulate
candidates for our clients. This process generally takes about two weeks. During
this period the client is informed of the recruitment location.
11. III Selection:
Once the short listing is complete the client is invited to visit our trade testing
centres for the selection. Only short-listed candidates are presented to ensure
high selection rate. This is because we want our client to conduct accurate tests
so that only those candidates who will add value to the project are selected.
IV Documentation:
Post the client selection, the documentation process starts. SOC does all
documentation.
V Skill Up-gradation:
In India, most skilled candidates learn their trade from elders in their family.
They have not received formal education and many have not worked overseas
before. So we educate them accordingly.
i Knowledge:
Candidates are given knowledge about the country where they are being
mobilized. They are familiarized with local labour laws, camp rules and
guidelines as well as Gulf work culture and safety rules.
ii Dispatch:
After successful skill up-gradation training we dispatch candidates to the project
site.
