4. RECRUITMENT PROCEDURES AND PLACEMENT
RECRUITMENT SELECTIONs:

us is carefully screen and stiffly tested, to be ascertaining

PSYCHOLOGICAL and MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS:

PROCESSING:
Our Agency can handle the expeditious processing of
papers for the contract workers through appropriate
government offices in each country, including the contract
verifications, travel permits, passport processing or
otherwise preparing workers legally administratively at a
guaranteed minimum period of time.
Reservation AND TICKETING:
At the client’s request, our agency can handle airline
reservations and ticketing of contract workers, utilizing its
linkage with a number of reputable travel agencies
affiliated with IATA.
PRE-DEPARTURE orientation & assistance:
Aware that to be effective, our affiliated agency in each
country of deployment provides orientation for all the
contract workers by acknowledging the government
policies and social customer. We send a representative at
the airport to aid them at the airport and for immigration
formalities.
ARRIVAL IN THECOUNTRY:
The employer himself has to make arrangements to
receive the employees in their arrival.
6. For the Household Service Workers (HSW) the agency will
receive the employees and stay in their accommodation
for 1 or 2 days for briefing. After that the employer will
pick the employee.
