Servicing Team Manager – Operations manager who supports 10-30 associates at any
given time. Execute and deliver performance evaluations 2 times a year. Train new
managers on FHA/VA audit, department reports, processes and systems.Work
department reports to ensure an efficient and timely process flow. Monitor individual and
department productivity to ensure SLA of 95% loans insured each month is met. Works

research of FHA & VA guidelines and communication with related government offices.
Provide guidance to fellow employee’s on audit requirements and assist with any
questions they may have. Review resolve documents and submit completed loan
packages to FHA and VA offices. Manage aged reports on a regular basis to ensure
deficiencies are not outstanding for extended periods of time. Trained off shore site in

Responsible for the submission and recordation of all Out of State files, that are available
through Electronic Recording. Work county and/orvendor rejected files and resubmit for
E-Record. Responsible for training our outsourced division to ensure they are kept
updated on all processes and procedures. Train fellow employees on QC process and
different county requirements. Assist supervisorwith management reports to ensure
daily production of the department is flowing and consistent. QC recording documents
to ensure they meet individual county requirements. Calculate recording fees, issue
check requests and ship files to the county and/orabstractor. Main contact for our
customers when they have questions in regards to their files going out for recording.
Work on files rejected by the counties to correct any mistakes and get them back out for
recording in a timely manner.

and timeliness of the funding and shipping tasks.

Complete thorough audit of loan file for accurate preparation of final loan closing
documents before authorizing documents to be released. Complete data input to Contour
for preparation of loan closing documents. Complete initial audit sheet for verification of
data entered. If correct, upload information from Contour to ICC or Doc Magic for
preparation of closing documents. Direct team members for timely receipt of any
outstanding documentation. Communicate with Team Lead to determine obstacles to
insure accurate funding of loans. Directly responsible in determining if prior to funding
conditions have been met in accordance with investor guidelines. Upon receipt of signed
closing package back from closing agent,evaluate quality of documents received to
determine if loan is ready for funding. Balance loan funding and negotiate details of
funding with closing agent. Authorize release of loan proceeds to closing agent. Prepare
file to pass to Collateral and Shipping departments. Create Collateral packages, which
consist of a Note, Deed and Prelim to be sent to the investor. Perform final audits for
other doc drawers and assembled final closing packages to distribute to closing agent.

Compile review data and formatted excel reports to submit to Countrywide investors.
Performed quality control audits on reviewed loans and would post access review data to
share site for review by potential investors. Performed all aspects ofthe review process
for NYC&E, FNMA Reo and CO-OP loans. Trained new and existing employees on the
procedure of processing and reviewing NYC&E’s, FNMA Reo’s and CO-OP loans.
