Positive Correlation describes a direct linear relationship between two quantitative variables, where as one variable increases the other also increases. No Correlation describes no linear relationship between two quantitative variables. Negative Correlation describes an indirect linear relationship between two quantitative variables, where as one variable increases the other decreases.
