2. Cobblestones Pub – casino outlet(taken on from Apr 2015)
3. Jeddler Investments – Montecasino conferencing (takenon from Apr 2015)
Including responsibilities such as:
 Assisting with managing the finance department with the following structure:
1. Food and Beverage Controller
2. Assistant Food and Beverage Controller
3. Accounts assistants x2
 Reviewing and managing all functions performed by the above staff compliment
which includes:
1. Purchasing and stock management
2. Banking and float management

 Quarterly financial reviews with the Operations Director and the Financial Controller

into events that take place at the hotel, to gain an understanding of the structure of the
teams and the work that is involved. From initial sales and enquiries, to planning and
development of these events until the arrival and successful delivery. Following on to
follow up calls and dealing any complaints, to ensure companies return.
