 Advised on hiring strategies and managed the entire recruitment process for a global information
services organization venturing into risk and analytics domain. The entire start-up team was

 Set up the entire risk department for the most profitable bank in UAE. This included credit and
market risk positions as well as risk technology consultants
 Hired the entire team for financial analytics and insurance analytics for a credit bureau service

UK-BASED RE-INSURANCE COMPANY
 Populus identified their Practice Head for Legal Services. This assignment that was given to us
after a year of futile searches by other search firms and we managed to get them the perfect
candidate within a couple of months.
 Worked closely with their management team to identify and source function heads for three
critical functions within their business transformation group
