Tom founded Lawrence Harvey in 2002, and with the support of the
other leaders on this page, they have combined a successful strategy
of organic growth and raw ambition, and together have built LH into
a multi-national thriving entity. He spends most of his time between
the UK, USA and Europe visiting our international offices. His mission is

Paul Smith
Director - Head of Lawrence Harvey,
Contract Division, London & Paris
Paul consults with customers that are embarking on business
optimisation projects based around the niche technologies we specialise
in. Helping them identify and secure the services of the most experienced
freelance consultants either based in the UK or overseas. Having
come from a recruitment background spending 10 years in the SAP
market, Paul is passionate about ERP and the current technologies that
companies choose to enhance their ERP platforms focused around Data
& Analytics, CRM and HR Transformation.
Jamie Wilkins

Jamie is internally responsible for creating & driving the vision,

Neil heads up the team that specialise in placing interim/contract
