prayers:
 Exercise from often prayers.
 Maintain your cholesterol level.

 Restrain from Excessive Eating.
 Overeating is an unbeliever act.

 It is beneficial for paralysed and T.B patients.
 Beneficial for controlling hypertension.
Onion:
 Protien,calcium,potassium and Sulphur.
 It contains f0 and B6.
 Gives strength to fight against T.B and disease of lungs.
 Gives strength to less the cholestrol in the body.
