contracts and correspondence
• Acts as backup in case of absence or unavailability for Executive Coordinators as and
when requested
• Performs other responsibilities and tasks as required or as directed by department
head from time to time
• Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource
information confidential
• Generate the various document control reports as required
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards
• Maintain the files and control the logs as per the department policy
