WORK EXPERIENCE:
Community Initiatives Coordinator - Jewish Family Service, Margate, NJ, September 2006-Present
· Oversee and manage a database of more than 200 volunteers engaging them in projects benefitting Jewish
Family Service and the community.
· Work directly with the Director of Communications and Donor Relations on various fundraising events
such as our Annual House Tour and Golf Tournament
· Supervise the Emergency Food Pantry at JFS which feeds over 150 people a month.
· Coordinate and run the Meals on Wheels program, servicing approximately 40 meals a week.
· Act as a liaison between the community and Jewish Family Service by keeping the public aware of and
involved in service projects.
· Collaborate with all departments within the agency to help ensure client needs are met.

· Created and implemented developmentally appropriate curriculum that met the needs of various learners
within the classroom.
· Participated in Parent-Teacher Conferences in order to provide parents with student development reports.

· Created overnight stay packages for charter bus groups.
· Coordinated with casinos to market Casino/Hotel packages to groups.
· Responsible for booking and overseeing events such as weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, reunions and
other Food and Beverage functions.
· Traveled and attending sales expos to promote the Hotel and overnight stay packages.
· Worked with the Director of Sales and Marketing to create brochures and literature used to sell the property
to guests.
